Provides administrative and operational support for U.S. Soccer’s Talent Identification leadership, managers, scouts, and reporters. Coordinates scouting procedures, talent identification centers and camps, league event attendance, travel, onboarding, reimbursements, compliance, communications, and digital player-monitoring systems. Analyzes and distributes scouting and market data, fields external inquiries, supports education programs, and contributes to special projects. Requires strong organization, communication, soccer knowledge, Microsoft Excel skills, and availability for travel and nontraditional hours.

Provides legal guidance on privacy, data protection, technology, cybersecurity, product development, and data governance. Advises technical and business teams, negotiates technology and data agreements, leads regulatory readiness and incident response, develops privacy policies and controls, and supports vendor and commercial transactions. The role also mentors colleagues and improves legal operations, templates, and playbooks.

Plans and executes media operations for U.S. Soccer matches, camps, tournaments, and major events. Manages accreditation, venue media facilities, access, media communications, volunteers, vendors, equipment, budgets, and event-day troubleshooting. Coordinates with press officers, venues, security, broadcast, ticketing, commercial, and other stakeholders to deliver consistent media experiences across National Teams.
