Coordinate alumni-focused in-person and virtual events, manage logistics, vendors, RSVPs, contracts and post-event reporting; support alumni engagement across national teams and the National Training Center, and provide administrative assistance to the Director.

Designs and executes U.S. Soccer's safeguarding learning framework, creating e-learning, micro-learning, instructor-led and blended programs, awareness campaigns, and ToT models. Integrates safeguarding into existing education pathways, evaluates effectiveness, builds member capacity, and collaborates across teams to deliver age-appropriate, trauma-informed safeguarding education across the soccer ecosystem.

Lead paid media strategy and execution to drive ticket sales, ecommerce revenue, and loyalty enrollment. Plan, buy, and optimize across digital and offline channels, manage agencies, implement measurement (MTA, MMM, CAPI), run incrementality tests, and deliver performance dashboards and recommendations to maximize ROAS and LTV.
