Leads goalkeeper development across U.S. Soccer’s Extended National Teams, supporting talent identification, player selection, individualized development plans, high-performance environments, and international player growth. Collaborates with technical staff, coaches, clubs, and Talent ID teams; conducts club visits, post-camp reviews, and coaching education. Requires elite youth coaching experience, USSF B License or UEFA B equivalent, strong communication and organizational skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, video editing experience, and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and relocate to Atlanta.

Participate in a 12-week, in-person summer internship with U.S. Soccer, gaining hands-on experience in a selected department. Interns will complete meaningful projects, attend professional development and networking sessions, collaborate with experienced staff, and build career skills while supporting the organization ahead of the 2027 FIFA World Cup.

Owns U.S. Soccer’s fan and community experience strategy across matchdays, tournaments, special events, and digital channels. The role establishes experience standards and playbooks, leads national and multi-market programming, integrates physical and digital fan journeys, manages vendors and cross-functional partners, oversees budgets and event teams, and measures attendance, engagement, sentiment, data capture, ticketing, and membership outcomes. It also coaches a coordinator and develops scalable event formats that build long-term fandom.
