Leads referee development across the Northeast by coordinating state committees, competitions, coaches, matches, assessments, events, and national programs. Oversees R90+, coaching networks, referee assignments, talent identification, performance tracking, and stakeholder engagement. Communicates national priorities, gathers regional feedback, supports program refinement, and provides insights to national leadership. Requires strong knowledge of IFAB Laws of the Game, referee performance standards, program coordination, communication, operational planning, and regional travel.

Serves as a strategic HR advisor to organizational leaders, aligning people strategies with business objectives. Responsibilities include workforce planning, talent acquisition, compensation, succession planning, employee relations, performance management, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, change management, compliance, and HR operations. The role uses workforce analytics, coaches leaders, supports organizational growth, and strengthens employee engagement and organizational culture.

Leads U.S. Soccer’s global engagement strategy, relationships, influence, and operational infrastructure across FIFA, Concacaf, national federations, and international stakeholders. Oversees diplomacy, reputation and geopolitical risk, executive protocol, international delegations, major-event hosting opportunities, bid projects, and government relations with the State Department and U.S. Embassies. Partners with executive, sporting, commercial, communications, legal, and corporate affairs teams to advance strategic goals and represent U.S. Soccer globally.
