Designs and executes U.S. Soccer's safeguarding learning framework, creating e-learning, micro-learning, instructor-led and blended programs, awareness campaigns, and ToT models. Integrates safeguarding into existing education pathways, evaluates effectiveness, builds member capacity, and collaborates across teams to deliver age-appropriate, trauma-informed safeguarding education across the soccer ecosystem.

Lead applied sport scientist for a Nike-funded Performance Innovation Lab. Design and run applied research, build longitudinal biomechanical datasets, deliver athlete biomechanical assessments, develop standardized protocols and data governance, evaluate technologies, support national teams and Nike athletes, and translate findings into practical guidance for coaches and performance staff.

Senior program manager supporting Women’s National Team strategy and Goldprint execution. Manages cross-departmental planning, camp operations, project tracking (Airtable), stakeholder alignment, risk escalation, and embeds female-specific athlete-centered standards. Drives mid- and long-term planning for World Cups, Olympics, and legacy initiatives while reducing administrative burden on senior leadership.
