Coordinate across IT, HR, Government Relations, and Strategic Planning; draft executive correspondence and briefing materials; track strategic initiatives and action items; plan meetings and events; manage expense reporting and administrative workflows; support special projects and stakeholder engagement.

Develop and execute a major gifts strategy across a multi-state territory, manage a 75-donor portfolio, identify and cultivate high-capacity prospects using wealth analytics, solicit five- to seven-figure gifts, collaborate with prospect development and regional staff, prepare proposals and reports, support planned giving and select grant applications, and steward donors through in-person and virtual engagement.

Manage and maintain job descriptions and market pricing; perform compensation surveys and data-driven pay recommendations; ensure wage/salary compliance; maintain HRIS data integrity and compensation tools; administer special pays; support HR initiatives and partner with HR, Payroll, HRIS, and Finance. Administer and optimize the Coupa BSM platform including configuration, workflows, supplier and user management, integrations with Sage Intacct, reporting, testing, release deployment, troubleshooting, and ensuring governance/compliance while partnering with Procurement, Finance, AP, IT, and business stakeholders.

Manage celebrity talent recruitment and industry relations to support USO programming, fundraising, and storytelling. Coordinate talent solicitation, logistics, briefings, and stakeholder communications. Maintain talent databases, prepare reports, assist regional teams, handle administrative tasks, and support events and tours as needed.

Support planning and execution of internal and external communications: develop talking points and plans, write and edit newsletters and announcements, manage intranet and project platform, monitor media and social metrics, create social content, coordinate media events and external partners, and support internal events. Develop and manage internal communications to inform employees, volunteers, and advisory board members about USO priorities, programs, events and outcomes; maintain internal channels including the USO Connect portal and calendar; draft, edit and publish newsletters and announcements; support PR/media resource planning; present campaigns to regions and centers and handle confidential, culturally sensitive communications.
