Teams at United Service Organizations, Inc. (USO)

Manage gift processing and data entry in the fundraising database, ensure data integrity, reconcile monthly revenue with Finance, produce gift reports, research donor inquiries, maintain policies and procedures, and provide general support to USO Fundraising & Development. Position is in-person in Arlington, VA.

Manage a portfolio of corporate and foundation partners to secure and expand financial and in-kind support; oversee contract creation and fulfillment; analyze account health and identify growth opportunities; produce stewardship reports and marketing materials; maintain CRM records; represent USO at events. Position is in-person in Arlington, VA.

Manage celebrity talent recruitment and industry relations to support USO programming, fundraising, and storytelling. Coordinate talent solicitation, logistics, briefings, and stakeholder communications. Maintain talent databases, prepare reports, assist regional teams, handle administrative tasks, and support events and tours as needed.
