Oversee incident reporting and claims administration, including evidence preservation, claim resolution, restitution collection, reporting, and insurer communication. Manage pre-litigation property claims, certificates of insurance, vehicle identification cards, dashboards, and claim records. Build relationships with operations, insurers, third-party administrators, legal counsel, and vendors. Support safety investigations, analyze loss data, provide recommendations, and perform departmental administrative duties.

Operate assigned store assisting with customer service, daily cash handling, cleaning/maintenance, inventory and theft prevention, and using cash registers/computer consoles. Report to Store Manager; perform physical tasks like lifting, stocking, ladder work, and standing long shifts including nights and weekends.

Work on-site at an assigned store assisting operations: customer service, cash handling, inventory security, store maintenance, stocking, and operating registers and equipment. Follow company policies and report to the Store Manager.
