Supports compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonus cycles, pay structures, job evaluation, incentive schemes, benefits renewals, provider management, benchmarking, reporting, and compliance. Provides practical reward guidance to HR and business stakeholders, uses data to identify trends and promote fair outcomes, and contributes to improving the employee value proposition.

Coordinate site access requests, outage administration, job documentation, RAMS submissions, purchase order requests, access trackers, and operational workflows across multiple client sites. Liaise with clients, field engineers, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies, maintain accurate records, meet SLAs, and support job-pack preparation and general project administration.

Plans and monitors subcontractor appointments, site visits, completions, and work-in-progress pipelines. Communicates daily with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams by email and telephone, ensuring updates are recorded and deadlines are met. The role also manages completion records and coordinates stakeholders across infrastructure projects.
