Leads end-to-end electronics manufacturing programs from planning through delivery, managing budgets, forecasts, schedules, risks, contracts, and customer relationships. Coordinates engineering, supply chain, quality, and production teams to achieve cost, quality, compliance, and delivery goals. Provides proposal, bid strategy, contract negotiation, and continuous improvement support while managing personnel, funds, and deliverables.

Manages customer relationships, contracted programs, project delivery, subcontractors, budgets, schedules, quotations, supply and demand plans, and contractual deliverables. Provides technical customer support, coordinates internal and external stakeholders, ensures quality and timely execution, and supports business growth. Requires strong communication, leadership, contract knowledge, pricing and quoting expertise, organization, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools. Travel is required 10–15% of the time.

Supports daily IT operations through workstation deployment, troubleshooting, account provisioning, Microsoft 365 and identity administration, asset management, and Level 1/2 ticket resolution. Assists with cybersecurity monitoring, vulnerability management, incident response, security control administration, and compliance with NIST 800-171, CMMC, and DFARS requirements. Collaborates with vendors and internal teams on infrastructure and security initiatives while maintaining documentation and service-level standards.

Design, implement, test, and support embedded software for battery management systems on ARM processors. Participate in design reviews, integrate hardware features, perform code reviews and unit testing, troubleshoot fielded systems, and work with hardware teams to validate designs and ensure system stability and scalability.

Design, develop, and test mechanical components, equipment, and machinery. Apply engineering principles to products (engines, controls, robots), perform fabrication, installation, and repair, and plan projects using advanced judgment. May lead others. Experience with lithium-ion power product design/manufacturing is a plus.

Lead and maintain the Quality Management System (AS9100/ISO9001), manage QA operations and staff, conduct audits, support quality engineering for manufacturing, oversee supplier and customer quality interactions, drive corrective actions and Lean continuous improvement, and report quality metrics.

Design, develop, and test battery and energy storage systems. Prepare specifications, perform tests and data analysis, present technical reports, and provide subject-matter expertise on installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Collaborate across teams to drive R&D and continuous improvement.
