Design, develop, and test mechanical components, equipment, and machinery. Apply engineering principles to products (engines, controls, robots), perform fabrication, installation, and repair, and plan projects using advanced judgment. May lead others. Experience with lithium-ion power product design/manufacturing is a plus.

Lead and maintain the Quality Management System (AS9100/ISO9001), manage QA operations and staff, conduct audits, support quality engineering for manufacturing, oversee supplier and customer quality interactions, drive corrective actions and Lean continuous improvement, and report quality metrics.

Lead multidisciplinary electrical, mechanical, software, and systems engineering teams to develop lithium‑ion power products. Define requirements, specifications, verification/validation plans, and ensure design transfer to manufacturing. Act as technical customer interface, support proposals and bid strategy, maintain engineering processes, and ensure projects meet quality standards and customer expectations.
