Develops ruggedized battery systems, power electronics assemblies, enclosures, and electromechanical hardware from concept through production. Responsibilities include SolidWorks CAD, detailed drawings, GD&T, tolerance analysis, thermal and structural calculations, FEA, prototyping, testing, troubleshooting, supplier collaboration, design reviews, DFMEA, DFM/DFA/DFT, engineering documentation, change control, and production support.

Leads end-to-end electronics manufacturing programs from planning through delivery, managing budgets, forecasts, schedules, risks, contracts, and customer relationships. Coordinates engineering, supply chain, quality, and production teams to achieve cost, quality, compliance, and delivery goals. Provides proposal, bid strategy, contract negotiation, and continuous improvement support while managing personnel, funds, and deliverables.

Manages customer relationships, contracted programs, project delivery, subcontractors, budgets, schedules, quotations, supply and demand plans, and contractual deliverables. Provides technical customer support, coordinates internal and external stakeholders, ensures quality and timely execution, and supports business growth. Requires strong communication, leadership, contract knowledge, pricing and quoting expertise, organization, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools. Travel is required 10–15% of the time.
