Support grain division by loading/unloading and transferring grain, operating loaders, forklifts, scales, moisture meters and dryers, maintaining equipment and facilities, ensuring safety, providing customer service, and assisting with seasonal agronomy tasks.

Perform grain loading/unloading and transfer operations, operate loaders and forklifts, monitor and maintain grain handling equipment (scales, moisture meters, dryers), provide customer service, maintain facility cleanliness, follow safety procedures, and assist at other locations as assigned.

Operate and maintain feed mill equipment, mix and prepare livestock feeds, record production and FDA data (Excel), assist with scheduling, inventory, load/unload trucks, perform maintenance, and ensure safety, housekeeping, and customer service.

Provide customer service and administrative support for agronomy and grain operations: greet customers, assist with product selection and orders, process invoicing and billing, weigh and grade grain/fertilizer trucks, enter data in Agvantage, and maintain records and files.

Manage and coordinate dry and liquid agronomy plant operations: plan schedules, optimize production and budgets, develop procedures, supervise and train staff, ensure OSHA/environmental compliance, support customer service, and perform physical onsite duties.

Sell and promote feed and forage products to dairy and livestock producers across an assigned territory. Make daily sales calls, manage a 100–150+ account target list, prepare bids and contracts, provide nutrition and production support, track profitability improvements, enforce credit policy, and collaborate with internal teams to grow market share and meet sales goals.

Sell and service petroleum products and equipment to agricultural, governmental, commercial, and consumer accounts across Wisconsin. Generate leads via calls and visits, report competitive intelligence, maintain product/pricing knowledge, resolve customer issues, perform minor electronic fuel-monitor troubleshooting, submit sales reports, and follow credit policy.

Provide administrative support for a feed location: process orders and billing, manage inventory and feed tags, update price sheets, track KPIs, support SDS delivery system, handle customer communications, and produce reports. Train others on AgVantage and office procedures; perform other tasks assigned by managers.

Provide customer service, billing, invoicing, and purchasing support for the Feed Division. Track transportation and deliveries, manage purchase orders and feed contracts, prepare pricing and reports, assist accounts payable and managers, generate presentations, and communicate with customers to support sales and operations.

Sell and promote fertilizer, seed, crop protection, and nutrition products; scout fields; make fertility, seed, and chemical recommendations; build customer relationships through proactive service and business development; report sales activity and competitive intelligence; use ag-tech tools and attend trainings to improve grower yields and cooperative market share.
