Sell and recommend fertilizer, seed, crop protection and nutrition products to growers; scout fields for pests and diseases; build customer relationships; meet sales goals; submit sales reports; use ag tech tools; support credit policy and attend trainings.

Support grain division by loading/unloading and transferring grain, operating loaders, forklifts, scales, moisture meters and dryers, maintaining equipment and facilities, ensuring safety, providing customer service, and assisting with seasonal agronomy tasks.

Operate and maintain feed mill equipment, mix and prepare livestock feeds, record production and FDA data (Excel), assist with scheduling, inventory, load/unload trucks, perform maintenance, and ensure safety, housekeeping, and customer service.
