Handles inbound and outbound residential sales calls, recommends internet and Wi-Fi services, closes sales, processes orders, and documents customer interactions in CRM and billing systems. The associate meets sales quotas, identifies upgrade opportunities, tracks orders through installation, resolves customer concerns, and supports community events. This full-time onsite role requires accurate multitasking, strong communication, customer-service skills, and flexibility for changing shifts, overtime, evenings, and Saturdays.
