Supervises licensed auto claims adjusters, overseeing claim payments, coverage and liability decisions, escalations, quality audits, compliance, productivity, staffing, coaching, and performance management. Ensures claims remain within assigned authority, supports customer service, maintains licensing and training compliance, and identifies process improvements. The role requires an active Florida 6-20 All-Lines Adjuster license and prior property and casualty insurance claims or service experience.

Supervises Special Investigations Unit investigators and supports regional SIU operations. Responsibilities include workload allocation, case triage, file quality audits, KPI and cycle-time monitoring, coaching, performance management, fraud trend identification, cross-functional collaboration, regulatory compliance, reporting, and coordination with law enforcement and industry partners.

Conduct high-complexity field and desk investigations into suspected insurance fraud, including staged accidents, fraud rings, medical provider abuse, and questionable claims. Perform research, interviews, clinic inspections, examinations under oath, scene canvasses, evidence collection, and claims-pattern analysis. Prepare comprehensive SIU reports, coordinate with legal teams, regulators, NICB, law enforcement, and vendors, ensure compliance with insurance and PIP regulations, and mentor less experienced investigators.
