The role supports integrations, data and application development, secure software delivery, incident resolution, root cause analysis, change and release activities. It also contributes to coding standards, code reviews, estimation, testing, debugging, continuous improvement, and mentoring developers. Key expertise includes Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, Platform Events, integrations, OmniStudio, security frameworks, and DevOps practices.

Lead technical solution design and governance for the Acurity platform and integrations. Define secure, resilient, performant, and supportable architectures; oversee delivery from design through production support; establish engineering and code-quality standards; advise on incidents and corrective actions; and mentor software delivery teams while influencing technical direction and stakeholders.

Leads UniSuper’s data science capability and a specialist team delivering predictive models, machine learning, and advanced analytics. Sets technical standards, oversees model development and production maintenance, establishes governance, monitors performance and fairness, and translates analytical outputs into business decisions. Partners with senior stakeholders and Product Owners to identify valuable opportunities, prioritizes work, evaluates commercial and operational impact, and supports financial crime, efficiency, and regulatory objectives.
