Build and improve UniSuper’s internal developer platform, Kubernetes services, and reusable engineering patterns. Deliver self-service capabilities, golden-path templates, environment provisioning, onboarding workflows, and Azure Kubernetes Service platform services. Automate infrastructure, deployments, security gates, upgrades, resilience testing, and operational readiness. Analyze operational data, incidents, developer feedback, and adoption metrics to improve platform reliability and developer experience in a regulated environment.

Own the member and operational experience product roadmap, prioritizing opportunities and backlog initiatives aligned with business outcomes. Partner with business, technology, risk, and operations stakeholders to translate strategy into delivery priorities, make trade-offs, define success measures, and use customer feedback, data, and operational insights to drive continuous improvement in a complex environment.

Lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure application changes for the Acurity platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement business and regulatory enhancements, drive code quality, mentor developers, support production stability, and contribute to planning, estimation and continuous improvement.
