Supports acquisitions, refinancings, restructurings, and financial analysis across multiple entities and currencies while maintaining compliance calendars and meeting deadlines.

The Acquisitions Director will manage a personal origination pipeline, advise clients, negotiate transactions, and contribute to strategic initiatives within the telecommunications and renewable energy sectors.

Originate and manage a pipeline of renewable energy and telecom infrastructure deals from sourcing through closing. Build client relationships, hit origination targets, monitor pipeline health, contribute to CRM/data processes and product strategy.

Manage site development and acquisitions across Northern Italy: engage landlords and local authorities, negotiate agreements, conduct site visits, coordinate with engineering/legal/commercial teams, maintain CRM records, and improve acquisition processes. Hybrid role with regular field travel and office presence in Milan.
