Manages global tax, entity, statutory, transfer-pricing, intercompany, and corporate compliance activities across multiple jurisdictions. Coordinates tax advisers, auditors, legal counsel, and corporate-service providers; oversees filings, audits, documentation, tax structuring, and transaction implementation. Supports acquisitions, refinancings, restructurings, and financial analysis across multiple entities and currencies while maintaining compliance calendars and meeting deadlines.

Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting through calls, email, LinkedIn, and other channels. Research target accounts and decision-makers, build prospect lists, qualify opportunities, schedule meetings for Account Executives, maintain accurate CRM records, follow outreach cadences, and meet pipeline generation goals. Collaborate with sales leadership to improve messaging and conversion rates while developing expertise in infrastructure, real estate, telecom, and renewables markets.

Manage and grow a personal real estate origination pipeline from lead sourcing through closing. Build relationships with property owners, use consultative selling, achieve origination and closing targets, monitor pipeline activity, and contribute to CRM, marketing, strategic, and product initiatives. The role requires strong negotiation, communication, business acumen, and familiarity with real estate transactions and finance concepts.
