Creates and maintains e-commerce product content, including SEO-optimized descriptions, naming, keywords, metadata, and customer-specific copy. Writes party-related articles, promotional content, blog posts, and social media updates. Maintains content in product information systems, supports uploads, researches product information, and edits content for accuracy, engagement, and search performance.

Provides on-site HR administrative support, primarily for recruiting and pre-employment processes, including application screening, interview coordination, offer letters, background checks, drug testing, and adverse-action notices. Supports onboarding, performance-management tracking, time and attendance administration, payroll-period closing, and HRIS updates through People Action Forms. Maintains confidential employee records and assists with employee and leader inquiries.
