Assists the design team by preparing purchased and concept artwork for product development, creating die lines, organizing pre-production and final files, reviewing artwork accuracy, applying color correction, and specifying print requirements. The role develops proficiency in production layouts, electronic file preparation, printing methods, color standards, and vendor-ready artwork.

Prepares and analyzes accounting information for monthly close, including journal entries, account reconciliations, sales and credit journals, management reports, tax submissions, audit schedules, and royalty accounting. Ensures accurate and timely completion of reporting and closing tasks while supporting financial statement audits and general ledger analysis.

Leads the development of branded and private-label consumer products from concept through production. Manages and mentors product designers, provides creative direction, oversees design quality and brand alignment, plans team resources, conducts trend research, and ensures designs meet specifications, cost parameters, and manufacturing requirements. The role remains hands-on when needed and collaborates with global manufacturing partners.
