Creates and maintains e-commerce product content, including SEO-optimized descriptions, naming, keywords, metadata, and customer-specific copy. Writes party-related articles, promotional content, blog posts, and social media updates. Maintains content in product information systems, supports uploads, researches product information, and edits content for accuracy, engagement, and search performance.

Manages IT support, infrastructure, end-user computing, cybersecurity, and IT operations for a manufacturing or distribution campus. Provides hands-on troubleshooting, maintains servers and networks, oversees ITSM and asset management, leads system upgrades and security enhancements, manages vendors, and aligns technology with business needs. Leads on-site IT staff through mentoring, training, performance management, and continuous improvement while supporting critical manufacturing, warehouse, and distribution systems.
