Manage end-to-end payroll processes across multiple European countries, including payroll controls, validation, salary and tax payments, social security, financial reporting, and issue resolution. Oversee expatriate payroll, mobility, immigration, tax advisors, audits, governance, and continuous improvement. Partner with HR, Finance, payroll teams, and other stakeholders while contributing to European payroll policies, systems, and tools.

Lead graphic design for UNIQLO Spain’s in-store visual communications, adapting global guidelines to local needs. Create visual merchandising concepts, store campaigns, POS materials, window displays, new-store layouts, and ad hoc projects. Collaborate with store operations, visual merchandising, managers, internal teams, and suppliers to ensure consistent execution, solve in-store communication challenges, manage budgets, and deliver high-quality creative work on schedule.

Analyze ecommerce fraud trends, suspicious transactions, chargebacks, payment and delivery fraud, returns, refunds, and account abuse. Build dashboards and management reports, investigate root causes, recommend prevention measures, improve fraud processes, support automation and system enhancements, coordinate stakeholders and external partners, standardize fraud handling across European markets, and contribute to the fraud prevention roadmap and training.
