Supports finance operations projects related to retail store payments, transactions, operational controls, compliance, data verification, reporting, and process improvement. The intern documents processes, analyzes information, coordinates with Finance and Store Operations teams, tracks project progress, and prepares summaries and presentations. The role provides practical exposure to finance’s contribution to retail operations and customer transactions.

Supports employee training and learning programs through training coordination, materials preparation, venue arrangements, records management, feedback collection, data analysis, reporting, and process improvement. The intern collaborates with the FRMIC team and stakeholders on employee development initiatives, gaining exposure to training operations, organizational learning, and workplace development in a retail environment.

Supports social media content creation, campaign planning, trend research, community engagement, stakeholder coordination, and performance analysis. The intern will create posts, short-form videos, Stories, and Reels while helping manage content calendars and reporting. The role provides hands-on exposure to digital storytelling, brand communication, influencer and agency collaboration, and social media marketing for a global retail brand.
