Provides foundational technical support for hardware, software, operating systems, networks, phones, printers, and user accounts. Installs and configures systems, resolves or escalates helpdesk issues, maintains IT inventory, documents procedures, supports deployments, and follows security and HIPAA-related requirements. The Level I role works under guidance, assists with projects and training, and may require occasional evening or weekend maintenance or urgent support.

Supports monthly and annual financial statements, budgeting, grant tracking, HRSA reporting and invoicing, audit leadership, account reconciliations, and balance categorization. Partners with the Controller and organizational leaders on strategic initiatives while using critical thinking and AI to improve finance operations.

Coordinates patient referrals for specialty care and diagnostic testing, including prior authorizations, appointment scheduling, insurance verification, documentation, and referral tracking. Communicates with patients, providers, specialists, and insurers; maintains current payer and specialist information; prioritizes referrals by urgency; follows up to close referral loops; and helps patients overcome barriers to accessing care.

Coordinates prior authorizations and specialty care referrals for patients. Schedules appointments, submits required documentation, verifies insurance coverage and payer requirements, maintains specialist and insurer information, prioritizes referral requests, communicates with care teams, follows up with patients and providers, and closes referral loops. The role also helps patients overcome barriers to accessing specialty care and diagnostic services.

Provides diagnostic examinations, treatment, chronic disease management, prescriptions, referrals, patient education, preventive care, and documentation under physician supervision. The Physician Assistant also recognizes complex conditions, coordinates community resources, completes billing and funding forms, and participates in organizational meetings and training.

Provide pharmaceutical services including accurately filling orders, verifying technician-prepared products, maintaining pharmacy and controlled substance security, entering orders and patient information, training staff, updating the Director on daily activities, and assisting with pharmacy maintenance. Requires pharmacy degree and PA license, CPR certification, computer application proficiency, and strong accuracy and independence.

Manage payer enrollment and credentialing (CAQH, NPI, revalidations), maintain enrollment systems, resolve claims denials and claim holds, post insurance and patient payments, verify benefits, communicate with payers/providers, and train/lead billing staff as needed to maximize revenue and departmental efficiency.

Manage and secure a hybrid Microsoft environment: administer on-prem AD and GPOs; operate Azure AD/Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Intune/Endpoint Manager; automate with PowerShell; implement identity controls (MFA, conditional access, PIM), DLP, and Defender/Sentinel monitoring; collaborate with networking/security teams and provide after-hours support as needed.
