Provide hands-on technical and operational support for end users and infrastructure: troubleshoot hardware, software, phones, printers/scanners and networks; maintain inventory and documentation; assist with account setup and access; follow HIPAA and IT security practices; support deployments and maintenance windows; escalate and resolve tickets per procedures. Level I focuses on guided support and learning, Level II on independent resolution and documentation, Level III on complex troubleshooting, policy, and team mentorship.

Manage and secure a hybrid Microsoft environment: administer on-prem AD and GPOs; operate Azure AD/Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Intune/Endpoint Manager; automate with PowerShell; implement identity controls (MFA, conditional access, PIM), DLP, and Defender/Sentinel monitoring; collaborate with networking/security teams and provide after-hours support as needed.

Provide pharmaceutical services including accurately filling orders, verifying technician-prepared products, maintaining pharmacy and controlled substance security, entering orders and patient information, training staff, updating the Director on daily activities, and assisting with pharmacy maintenance. Requires pharmacy degree and PA license, CPR certification, computer application proficiency, and strong accuracy and independence.

Manage payer enrollment and credentialing (CAQH, NPI, revalidations), maintain enrollment systems, resolve claims denials and claim holds, post insurance and patient payments, verify benefits, communicate with payers/providers, and train/lead billing staff as needed to maximize revenue and departmental efficiency.

Manage medical accounts receivable including insurance verification, claim preparation/submission, payment posting, denial resolution, patient billing and statements, reconciliations, payment plans, and HIPAA-compliant record keeping.
