Manage college-wide IT procurement and vendor relationships, maintain hardware and software asset inventory and lifecycle in TeamDynamix, support budgeting and financial reporting for IT, and handle office/receiving operations and event support for ITS.

Supervise and provide strategic direction for Access Services including circulation, course reserves, interlibrary loan, stacks management, and the Library Service Desk. Collaborate with ITS to integrate desk services and library technologies (Alma/Primo), manage staff and workflows, develop policies, assess services, and participate in outreach, reference, and professional development.

Patrol campus buildings and grounds, respond to emergencies, provide first aid, enforce campus policies, conduct security checks and investigations, coordinate with law enforcement, direct traffic, attend safety training, and maintain clear communications to ensure a safe campus environment.

Provide one-on-one and group career advising to undergraduate students and alumni; develop and deliver career readiness programs and workshops; collaborate with employer relations and campus partners; manage engagement platforms (Handshake, Nexus) and UReady content; supervise student assistants; evaluate program effectiveness and support events including occasional evenings/weekends.

Lead technical administration of the LMS and learning technologies, manage integrations and a small production studio, supervise student staff, and drive the college's AI-in-teaching strategy including faculty development, policy, FERPA-compliant custom AI tools, tool evaluation, and pilot initiatives to improve student learning and academic integrity.

Manage leave administration (FMLA, ADA, STD/LTD, NY Paid Family Leave), benefits enrollments, life-event updates, and Workers' Compensation coordination. Partner with EHS on incident investigations, ergonomic accommodations, and OSHA/BLS reporting. Support HR operations, recruitment, open enrollment, communications, and HRIS recordkeeping to ensure compliance and employee well-being.

Manage employee relations cases, conduct fair investigations, coach managers on performance and discipline, ensure compliance with employment laws and union standards, track and report trends, and support policy development and termination/unemployment proceedings.

Support athletic communications by creating multimedia and written content, managing social media, developing communication plans, coordinating with coaches/athletes, overseeing press box operations, and assisting with analytics and game-day duties. Role requires flexible hours and collaboration with creative teams to promote events and engage fans and media.

Provide FP&A and accounting support including annual and capital budgeting, quarterly forecasting, grant accounting, journal entries, revenue/expense analysis, reporting templates/dashboards, Workday/Adaptive FDM and security role support, and audit/finance requests.

Manage a portfolio of alumni and parent prospects capable of $5,000–$50,000 gifts. Conduct monthly prospect trips and ~130 donor meetings, grow Family Circle membership, coordinate with college leadership, support scholarship fundraising, staff events, and contribute to major gifts office planning and campus initiatives.

Shoot, edit, and manage video and visual media for social, web, email, and other communications. Coordinate on- and off-campus shoots, handle lighting and audio, maintain media assets and b-roll, assist with photo and multimedia projects, and collaborate with the communications team to develop storytelling ideas.
