Teams at Union College

Manage college-wide IT procurement and vendor relationships, maintain hardware and software asset inventory and lifecycle in TeamDynamix, support budgeting and financial reporting for IT, and handle office/receiving operations and event support for ITS.

Supervise and provide strategic direction for Access Services including circulation, course reserves, interlibrary loan, stacks management, and the Library Service Desk. Collaborate with ITS to integrate desk services and library technologies (Alma/Primo), manage staff and workflows, develop policies, assess services, and participate in outreach, reference, and professional development.

Patrol campus buildings and grounds, respond to emergencies, provide first aid, enforce campus policies, conduct security checks and investigations, coordinate with law enforcement, direct traffic, attend safety training, and maintain clear communications to ensure a safe campus environment.
