The Product Manager will identify and prioritize feature opportunities, contribute to the product roadmap, document functional requirements, create user stories and wireframes, and oversee feature delivery. They will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Community, Product Engineering, and development teams; monitor market and technology trends; review platform improvements; and help shape delivery messaging and customer value.

Provide L2/L3 incident-driven support for Unily's SaaS platform: triage, diagnose using logs/traces/metrics, reproduce issues, maintain ServiceNow records, coordinate with Product and Engineering, implement mitigations, contribute to RCAs and runbooks, and participate in shift/on-call rotations to ensure continuous coverage.

Manage and grow assigned enterprise SaaS accounts by building relationships, driving renewals and expansion, coordinating onboarding/implementation, monitoring usage, and collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and other teams to ensure client satisfaction and revenue retention.

Design and ship high-quality, AI-native UX/UI for an enterprise Employee Experience platform. Rapidly prototype, validate, and iterate solutions; lead research, workshops, and collaboration with Product and Engineering; uphold design systems and WCAG compliance while mentoring peers.

Provide end-to-end technical incident support for a cloud SaaS platform: triage, diagnose using logs/traces/metrics, mitigate and resolve incidents, maintain ticket records, collaborate with Product and Engineering, participate in shift rotations and on-call cover, and produce RCAs and runbooks to prevent recurrence.

Create multimedia visual content for brand and marketing across digital channels: design marketing assets, motion graphics, short-form video, edit product and customer videos, produce social content, design presentations and sales materials, support campaigns and launches, and maintain Unily's visual identity while collaborating with marketing, product, sales and executives.

As a Customer Support Engineer, you will handle client interactions, troubleshoot issues, and deliver high-quality technical support efficiently using CRM and AI technology.
