Designs and executes manual and automated tests for web software, creates test plans and cases, identifies and reports defects, performs root-cause analysis, and supports issue triage. The role collaborates with product and development teams on testability, edge cases, quality standards, and continuous improvement. It also involves API, mobile, cloud-device, and non-functional testing in an Agile continuous-delivery environment.

Own a portfolio of enterprise customers as their trusted advisor, driving product adoption, value realization, retention, renewals, and advocacy. Establish success metrics, conduct business reviews, analyze usage, identify risks, resolve issues cross-functionally, and support feature adoption. The role requires strong relationship management, commercial acumen, SaaS experience, and familiarity with customer success tools and digital workplace platforms.

Partner with Account Executives on complex North American enterprise deals. Lead discovery, solution strategy, value-based storytelling, executive engagement, tailored demonstrations, workshops, and RFP/RFI responses. Advise prospects on hosting, security, authentication, integrations, architecture, risk, and feasibility. Influence commercial decisions, collaborate cross-functionally, mentor peers, and establish best practices for enterprise pre-sales.
