Implement pre-designed Microsoft 365 and Entra configuration changes, maintain Intune and endpoint hardening, monitor security alerts across EDR and SIEM, triage anomalies, build automation with PowerShell/Microsoft Graph/Bash and Power Automate, collect compliance evidence, and report to the Cyber Security Manager.

Manage and grow relationships with letting agent partners across the East of England to drive revenue via completed student utility order forms. Embed operational best practices, train client teams, monitor performance metrics, deliver reports, onboard new clients, and maintain accurate CRM records while working field-based with regular travel.

Handle inbound/outbound cancellation requests, identify and resell saveable customers, process transactional cancellations accurately, use Salesforce to manage cases, meet retention targets and commission goals, support B2C operational tasks during quiet periods, and contribute to developing retentions processes within a collaborative office-based team.
