Provides strategic and technical leadership across multiple software engineering teams. Oversees engineering delivery, team performance, architecture, roadmaps, Agile processes, technical quality, and cross-team coordination. Partners with Product, UX, and business stakeholders to align technical execution with organizational goals. Develops engineering leaders, supports hiring and mentoring, evaluates technology vendors, manages performance metrics, and contributes to technical design and code review.

Leads indirect procurement operations, sourcing, supplier management, contract administration, and procurement process improvement. Owns and serves as the subject matter expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management. The role configures, supports, optimizes, and governs ERP functionality across finance, procurement, inventory, supply chain, and operations. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, enhancements, integrations, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, roadmap planning, documentation, vendor coordination, change management, and stakeholder partnership.

Investigates, evaluates, and settles cargo, household goods, and logistics claims. Reviews documentation, determines liability, ensures compliance with regulations and contracts, negotiates resolutions, communicates with customers and stakeholders, and maintains accurate claim records while managing multiple priorities.

Investigates, evaluates, negotiates, settles, or denies cargo loss and damage claims across multiple business lines. Handles major and escalated losses, determines liability, reviews regulatory and contractual compliance, coordinates with legal and internal teams, communicates with customers and partners, authorizes settlements, supports claims training, and assists with workload transitions and backlogs.

Owns the product backlog, intake, prioritization, requirements, road mapping, and Agile ceremonies for a defined product area. Partners with Product Managers, engineering teams, business stakeholders, and users to align delivery with strategy, create user stories and acceptance criteria, support testing and releases, and maintain feedback throughout the product lifecycle. Also coordinates documentation, training, triage, and cross-functional project planning.
