Provides strategic and technical leadership across multiple software engineering teams. Oversees engineering delivery, team performance, architecture, roadmaps, Agile processes, technical quality, and cross-team coordination. Partners with Product, UX, and business stakeholders to align technical execution with organizational goals. Develops engineering leaders, supports hiring and mentoring, evaluates technology vendors, manages performance metrics, and contributes to technical design and code review.

Leads indirect procurement operations, sourcing, supplier management, contract administration, and procurement process improvement. Supervises and develops procurement staff, negotiates supplier agreements, manages contract lifecycle activities, ensures policy and compliance adherence, and partners with stakeholders to deliver cost-effective purchasing solutions. The role also oversees supplier qualification and performance, resolves complex procurement issues, and improves workflows, governance, service delivery, and operational efficiency.

Owns and serves as the subject matter expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management. The role configures, supports, optimizes, and governs ERP functionality across finance, procurement, inventory, supply chain, and operations. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, enhancements, integrations, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, roadmap planning, documentation, vendor coordination, change management, and stakeholder partnership.
