As an Implementation Consultant, you will lead software implementations on client sites, ensure project success, train clients, and proactively manage customer relationships.

Lead on-site software implementations and training for hospitality clients, ensuring successful project delivery from planning through post-implementation. Conduct account reviews, identify at-risk customers, adhere to SLAs and case processes, and feed customer-driven product improvements.

The DevOps Engineer supports high-availability production systems, provides technical support, oversees cloud infrastructure, automates tasks, and ensures system security and performance.
