Provide day-to-day client support and onboarding assistance, complete platform configuration changes, monitor client health and activity, escalate issues, manage a portfolio of Tier 4 clients, identify upsell opportunities, and collaborate with Support, Product, and Implementation teams to drive platform adoption and retention.

Generate and qualify outbound and inbound leads for hospitality customers, build pipeline through phone/email/LinkedIn, manage Salesforce activity, progress into a hybrid full-cycle sales role owning a European territory, run discovery/demo meetings, prepare proposals, negotiate and close SaaS deals, and hit pipeline and revenue targets.

As an Implementation Consultant, you will lead software implementations on client sites, ensure project success, train clients, and proactively manage customer relationships.
