As a Data Engineer, you will design and develop data pipelines, ensuring data quality and scalability. You'll collaborate with teams to meet business needs and mentor junior members.

Own strategy and execution for workforce performance SaaS products: define vision and roadmap, prioritize investments, drive customer discovery and analytics-informed decisions, partner with cross-functional teams, support go-to-market and sales, mentor product managers, and identify AI/automation opportunities to increase customer and business value.

Provide day-to-day client support and onboarding assistance, complete platform configuration changes, monitor client health and activity, escalate issues, manage a portfolio of Tier 4 clients, identify upsell opportunities, and collaborate with Support, Product, and Implementation teams to drive platform adoption and retention.
