The role requires deep experience in power generation or related equipment markets, complex project costing, and multi-million-dollar customer programs.

Lead manufacturing and facilities operations for a smart factory, overseeing production scheduling, staffing, maintenance, safety, quality, budgets, capacity planning, and delivery performance. Manage plant and production supervisors, monitor operational metrics, coordinate with engineering and sales, and provide executive reporting. Drive continuous improvement through Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, and related methodologies while ensuring OSHA compliance and long-term operational scalability.

The Applications Engineer will develop and optimize machine programs, improve tooling selection, and collaborate to enhance manufacturing efficiency and quality in sheet metal operations.
