The HR Administrator manages employee documentation, onboarding, HR system audits, benefits eligibility, attendance records, employee inquiries, and recruitment coordination. The role maintains accurate and confidential personnel records, supports employee relations documentation, coordinates identification and onboarding activities, and ensures timely updates across HR platforms. It also assists with pre-employment checks, workforce planning meetings, and general administrative tasks throughout the employee lifecycle.

Leads production engineering, design documentation, technical processes, engineering schedules, and production drawing coordination. Manages external professional engineers and consultants, reviews technical deliverables, ensures regulatory and customer compliance, prepares submittal packages, and supports design-for-manufacturability, sales proposals, and customer inquiries. Provides engineering status reporting and ensures design quality, schedule adherence, and customer satisfaction.

Lead strategic customer relationships and commercial growth for enclosure systems and related technical products. Manage major accounts, pricing, quoting, proposals, territory plans, sales forecasting, and customer programs. Develop new market opportunities, coordinate with engineering and operations, manage suppliers and distributors, and represent the company at industry events. The role requires deep experience in power generation or related equipment markets, complex project costing, and multi-million-dollar customer programs.
