The Director / VP of Sales will lead sales efforts targeting patent/IP attorneys, drive revenue growth, and build client relationships with a focus on strategic sales planning and market research.

The Senior Patent Counsel will manage patent office proceedings, handle litigation and drafting, support senior attorneys, and provide legal writing and administrative functions.

Assist with legal and database activities, including prior art search contests and PTAB analytics. Training provided. Opportunity for remote work.
