Provides financial, budgetary, performance, and program-management support for NAVFAC Northwest construction programs. Reviews budgets, monitors obligations and expenditures, processes funding adjustments, prepares reports and briefings, tracks performance metrics, identifies execution issues, supports planning and evaluation, and maintains program and financial records. Coordinates funding documentation with Government organizations and ensures compliance with NAVFAC guidance.

Provides senior-level program and project-management support for NAVFAC construction programs. Responsibilities include managing cost, schedule, quality, risk, acquisition, logistics, communications, and stakeholders; identifying issues and corrective actions; developing milestones and courses of action; evaluating construction awards; preparing reports and executive briefings; and advising leadership on complex construction and design-management matters.

Administers and supports SharePoint Online environments, including libraries, lists, forms, apps, pages, navigation, permissions, and site templates. Develops solutions with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. Gathers requirements, troubleshoots SharePoint issues, creates documentation and training materials, and reports findings and recommendations. Supports Knowledge Center Portal functionality and broader agency SharePoint administration, preferably within a federal or DoD environment.
