Teams at Unidays

Build and maintain scalable marketplace and identity products using TypeScript, Next.js, and React. Deliver impactful, tested features; collaborate with product managers and engineering leaders; communicate technical risks; and support system availability, monitoring, incident response, performance, security, and observability. Contribute code reviews, pair programming, maintainability improvements, pragmatic AI use, and alignment between engineering work, user needs, and business goals.

Provides empathetic customer support to UNiDAYS members and partners across multiple channels. Responsibilities include resolving enquiries and escalations, maintaining institutional verification data, collaborating with internal and outsourced teams, identifying member journey improvements, and supporting acquisition and loyalty initiatives. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, adaptability, teamwork, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Supports organic social media growth through community management, content creation, short-form video editing, trend monitoring, and creative ideation. The role involves filming and producing photos and videos, managing social interactions, creating captions and hashtags, organizing content libraries, supporting giveaways, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Travel to shoots is required, and the position follows a hybrid work model.
