Lead and deploy Lean continuous improvement across manufacturing and office processes to improve quality, reduce scrap, increase OEE, and standardize practices. Coach leadership and teams, run cross-functional projects, compile KPI/OEE and statistical reports, and support corporate Lean best practices.

Perform production-line tasks with speed and accuracy, operate and maintain machinery, meet production quotas, follow safety procedures, lift up to 50 lbs regularly, work standing 8-hour shifts, and be available for nights, weekends, and overtime.

Sell corrugated and protective packaging within a regional territory. Develop new business, manage and grow accounts, conduct presentations and proposals, assist with product design and plant trials, track customer activity, and travel locally to meet clients while maintaining high customer service and profitability.

Set up, clean, monitor, and troubleshoot production machines; perform regular and preventative maintenance, accuracy tests, safety checks, and ensure product quality.

Lead and manage workplace safety across manufacturing facilities: develop and implement safety programs, ensure OSHA compliance, conduct audits and incident investigations, deliver training, manage workers' compensation, drive continuous safety improvement, and coordinate emergency response.

Manage and process accounts receivable transactions (invoicing, payments, adjustments), reconcile customer accounts and aging reports, follow up on overdue balances, handle billing inquiries, prepare statements/credit memos/refunds, assist month-end close and financial reporting, and collaborate with sales and customer service to resolve discrepancies and ensure customer satisfaction.

Lead accounting operations including GL, AP/AR, month- and year-end closes, reconciliations, financial reporting, budgeting/forecasting, treasury, internal controls, audit support, and process improvements using Business Central and similar tools.

Lead and teach Lean continuous improvement at a manufacturing site to improve quality, reduce scrap, optimize production, deploy Lean strategy, coach leaders, run cross-functional projects, track KPIs and OEE, and standardize best practices.

Set up, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot production machines; perform preventative maintenance, safety checks, random accuracy tests, and ensure product quality. Maintain and clean equipment and follow technical manuals and safety procedures.

Manage vendor invoice review and coding (including 1099 considerations), process and balance check runs and weekly disbursements, file and scan AP paperwork, order office supplies, and support AR functions including collections and cash entry.

Work on a corrugated packaging production line operating and maintaining machinery, meet production quotas and quality standards, keep a clean and safe workspace, attend safety/production trainings, report equipment or safety issues, lift up to 50 lbs, and work overtime including nights and weekends as needed.
