Supports HR operations across benefits administration, employee relations, onboarding, training, recruitment, compliance, leave administration, workers’ compensation, and employee records. Serves as payroll backup using Paycom, reviewing time and attendance, deductions, and employee status changes. Handles benefits inquiries, enrollment, audits, background checks, union-related matters, workplace investigations, and routine employment questions while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with employment laws.

Supervise and develop hourly manufacturing associates to meet production, quality, safety, and housekeeping standards. Drive continuous improvement using lean methods, coordinate maintenance and tooling, manage attendance/performance, document incidents, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Manage and process accounts receivable transactions (invoicing, payments, adjustments), reconcile customer accounts and aging reports, follow up on overdue balances, handle billing inquiries, prepare statements/credit memos/refunds, assist month-end close and financial reporting, and collaborate with sales and customer service to resolve discrepancies and ensure customer satisfaction.
