Leads the organization’s Integrated Management System across quality, environmental, and information security standards. Oversees ISO compliance, audits, corrective actions, risk assessments, continuous improvement, management reviews, training, and performance reporting. Supports supplier qualification, customer inquiries, product launches, program management, and first-article activities. Requires strong knowledge of quality systems, Lean and Six Sigma methods, manufacturing or electronic assembly, audit programs, root cause analysis, and cross-functional change leadership.

Assists with developing and documenting manufacturing test and assembly processes, work instructions, process control plans, and methodologies across product development phases. Builds products to validate processes, reviews and implements engineering change orders, evaluates bills of materials, performs equipment calibration and mechanical rework, and verifies final products meet specifications. Supports manufacturing readiness and provides engineering assistance across multiple products.

Validate and qualify server electronics, mechanicals, and documentation; define and execute component test strategies; perform level-3 failure analysis on field returns; manage product changes using PLM tools; collaborate with suppliers, quality, and manufacturing to resolve design and production issues.
