Support planning, implementation and monitoring of cash-based interventions. Manage CBI databases, prepare reports, maintain monthly cash lists, coordinate with partners and financial service providers, undertake field visits, train staff, ensure data protection, support financial monitoring and reconciliation, and improve database workflows.

Conduct interviews and assess Refugee Status Determination (RSD) cases; draft concise reports; research country-of-origin information; counsel asylum seekers and refugees on RSD procedures, rights, and case status; report daily to UNHCR premises in 6 October City; support registration and other functions as needed; promote teamwork and meet tight deadlines.

Provide counselling and casework for refugees and persons of concern on durable solutions (resettlement, voluntary repatriation, local integration). Conduct interviews, prepare documentation, update electronic databases, produce reports, manage risks, and support coordination with authorities and partners to implement durable solutions strategies.

Support supply chain activities including sourcing, procurement, transport, customs clearance, warehousing, asset and fleet management. Manage tenders, coordinate delivery from warehouses, maintain records and ERP data, monitor quality and KPIs, and advise country teams. Assist regional and country operations with planning, inventory exercises, asset disposal, and compliance with UNHCR procurement rules.

Lead UNHCR's global financial and administrative functions, providing strategic oversight of budgeting, accounting (IPSAS/IFRS), treasury, financial governance, ERP modernization, digital transformation, risk management, and stewardship. Serve as principal financial advisor to senior leadership, represent UNHCR externally, manage a global workforce, drive process improvement and audit responsiveness, and ensure accountability and efficient resource allocation.

Serve as UNHCR's senior representative in Washington, D.C., providing strategic leadership, advocacy, fundraising, and stakeholder engagement. Lead the DC office to build political and financial support, guide policy analysis, oversee operations, ensure compliance, manage resources and staff, and represent UNHCR across government, civil society, philanthropy, and the UN system. Provide advice to global operations, conduct risk management, and undertake missions to support fundraising and advocacy.

Support Data Management team with Salesforce and database operations: data cleaning, deduplication, standardization, donor record maintenance, segmentation list creation, payment gateway monitoring and reconciliation, and ad-hoc operational support to improve data quality and CRM processes.

Support UNHCR PPH Brazil fundraising by researching donors, drafting proposals, maintaining CRM, producing publications and presentations, scheduling meetings, organizing donor events, supporting procurement and admin, and monitoring Islamic philanthropy and social media.

Support and manage supply chain activities including procurement, transport, customs clearance, warehousing, asset and fleet management across Mozambique and Angola. Oversee vendor selection, tendering, quality control, inventory and reporting, ensure compliance with UNHCR procurement rules, coordinate with partners and authorities, provide guidance and training, and support emergency logistics and regional supply KPIs.

Support implementation and improvement of the Global Annual Inclusion (GAIN) survey and its monitoring database. Duties include questionnaire updates, respondent outreach, data cleaning, validation and analysis, monitoring participation and response rates, preparing tables/figures/maps/dashboards, supporting MEAL reporting, coordinating meetings and documentation, and testing AI-assisted approaches for coding and reporting. Provide logistical and dissemination support and contribute to annual reporting and knowledge products.
