Supports UNHCR resettlement and complementary pathways operations in Turkiye. Assesses and interviews refugee cases, monitors compliance and case quality, coordinates with government officials, embassies, resettlement countries, IOM and NGOs, provides counselling and information, supports group processing, mitigates fraud risks, prepares reports and statistics, and supervises teams involved in third-country solutions processing. The role is based in Ankara with collaboration across the country operation and required field missions.

Develops evidence-based communications and donor reporting on refugee inclusion and self-reliance in Thailand. Responsibilities include researching human-interest stories, producing multimedia content, coordinating campaigns, drafting donor reports and proposals, managing media materials, ensuring consent and protection standards, coordinating consistent messaging, and monitoring communications effectiveness. The role engages government, donors, civil society, media, employers, refugees, UN agencies, and other partners.

Processes and monitors financial transactions, maintains project and office account records, prepares financial and budget reports, tracks allotments, manages banking correspondence, and supports payments, entitlements, procurement-related transactions, and financial procedures. The role also assists with risk management, workflow monitoring, vendor and contract-related activities, and briefing colleagues on administrative and financial processes while ensuring compliance with UNHCR rules.

Provides administrative, financial, travel, and logistical support for a UNHCR protection project. Processes travel authorizations, advances, claims, participant entitlements, payments, and event expenditures in Cloud ERP. Maintains accurate records, monitors costs against budgets, prepares correspondence, supports workshops and missions, and liaises with internal teams and external providers to resolve routine issues while ensuring compliance with UNHCR regulations and donor requirements.

Supports UNHCR livelihoods and economic inclusion initiatives for refugees in Kenya. Responsibilities include developing partnerships with government, private-sector, NGO, and development stakeholders; advocating for work rights and policy reform; coordinating socioeconomic assessments and data sharing; identifying investment opportunities; and providing technical support for market-based livelihoods programming. The role also contributes to stakeholder coordination, donor and partner mobilization, monitoring, and evidence-based programming aligned with the Global Compact on Refugees.

Supports UNHCR Korea’s External Relations Team through translation, report compilation, event coordination, social media drafting, research, visibility-item management, and administrative assistance. The intern will help prepare communications for internal and external audiences and may complete a written test. This is a full-time, office-based internship sponsored by KOICA for eligible Korean citizens.

Supports UNGDS marketing and communications by creating promotional materials, social media posts, emails, newsletters, and campaign content. Conducts outreach to prospective buyers, promotes the online auction platform, assists with communication plans and stakeholder messaging, and monitors engagement metrics for basic reporting. The internship provides practical experience in digital marketing, strategic communications, content creation, audience engagement, campaign coordination, and cross-cultural teamwork within UNHCR.

Leads business testing and quality assurance for the MyDrive cloud-native fleet mobility platform. Responsibilities include writing user stories and acceptance criteria, developing test strategies, scenarios, UAT scripts, and traceability, coordinating functional, integration, regression, mobile, and end-to-end testing, validating defects, and facilitating stakeholder workshops. The role bridges fleet operations, business users, developers, architects, vendors, and implementation partners while supporting change management, training, and deployment readiness.

Supports UNHCR protection and solutions programming in Pemba, including needs assessments, multi-year strategies, annual planning, results-based management, reporting, partner agreements, monitoring, audits, and coordination with stakeholders. The role promotes consistent programme approaches, quality assurance, community participation, and compliance with UNHCR policies. It may supervise local staff and contribute to programme capacity building and inter-agency coordination.
