Supports Salesforce database migration, administration, maintenance, payment processing, data quality, user testing, configuration, reporting, dashboards, segmentation, and analytics for UNHCR fundraising operations. The role analyzes donation and payment performance, provides business intelligence and data modeling, supports system enhancements, trains users, maintains documentation, and ensures data protection while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Supports digital fundraising, supporter engagement, social community management, website and donation-page content, and digital campaign execution. Coordinates vendors, contractors, volunteers, fundraising events, and cross-market collaboration. Assists with social media moderation, content creation, administration, data-informed decision-making, and campaign innovation using digital marketing channels. The role requires English and Chinese communication skills, especially Cantonese, and occasional evening, weekend, domestic, and overseas availability.

Supports UNHCR fundraising communications in Hong Kong and Macao through media relationship support, press monitoring, mailing-list maintenance, localized content development, translation, fundraising materials, events, public enquiries, and communications filing. The role also assists online and offline fundraising campaigns, maintains donor or customer records, and provides English and Traditional Chinese communication support.
