Configure, support, and maintain Oracle Fusion HCM and Payroll modules across hire-to-retire processes. Responsibilities include Fast Formulas, reporting, integrations, data loading, application security, workflows, quarterly update testing, incident resolution, documentation, and HR Help Desk support. The role translates HR requirements into configurations and technical solutions, troubleshoots SQL and integration issues, coordinates vendors and Oracle support, and provides user guidance and knowledge transfer.

Manage, retain, and grow enterprise key accounts by building customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, developing sales plans, closing deals, and meeting targets. Coordinate with technology suppliers and marketing teams, resolve customer issues, gather feedback, conduct customer visits, and maintain accurate account and sales activity records in Salesforce. The role requires telecom market knowledge, consultative selling, negotiation, customer care, risk assessment, and strong communication skills.

Monitors SIEM and other security tools, analyzes alerts and logs, identifies potential threats, escalates incidents, prepares security reports, supports customer requests, and assists with maintaining SOC tools and processes under supervision.

Monitor network stability and availability around the clock, manage faults and incidents, configure wireless networks, open and track vendor tickets, produce outage and performance reports, validate change requests, and support help desk operations. Provide technical guidance to NOC colleagues and coordinate with operators, public security personnel, and internal teams. Participate in shift-based coverage and an emergency on-call rotation.
