Design, develop, test, debug, and maintain software to meet client requirements. Analyze requests, implement solutions, follow change control, resolve tickets or escalate, document and test deliverables, and communicate status to stakeholders.

Lead managed care operations and business development to grow networks, negotiate and manage payer contracts, oversee staff, analyze contract performance, and advise leadership on strategic and regulatory contracting issues.

Evaluate patients, design individualized exercise programs for cardiac rehab and medical fitness, administer fitness testing, supervise classes and staff, document care, mentor interns, and ensure clinical safety and rehabilitation goals.

Manage and administer physical and logical access for systems and facilities, maintain security clearance records, support access control and monitoring systems, troubleshoot user access issues, coordinate with HR and vendors, participate in compliance and process improvement, and provide rotating on-call after-hours support.

Lead and develop the IAM team; manage SailPoint, AD, and Azure AD operations; oversee identity lifecycle, provisioning, RBAC, MFA, SSO and access reviews; ensure HIPAA/HITRUST/SOX compliance; integrate and automate IAM across clinical and business apps; coordinate audits, policies, and reporting; partner with stakeholders to improve IAM security and user experience.

Performs diagnostic and technical radiologic procedures in OR, ER, and clinical settings. Prepares rooms and equipment for exams, operates imaging and fluoroscopic systems, documents exams in Cerner RIS, coordinates with nursing and physicians, maintains supplies and cleanliness, and follows safety and infection-control procedures.

Support, implement, maintain, and optimize Epic Beacon and other clinical applications. Design and test workflows, document and resolve issues, coordinate installs and change control, mentor junior staff, handle incidents and on-call duties, and collaborate with clinical stakeholders to improve clinical and operational processes.

Support, design, build, test, and optimize Epic and third-party clinical applications (Endoscopy/Radiology). Collaborate with clinical users and IT teams to document workflows, resolve incidents, implement changes, ensure SLA compliance, participate in on-call rotation, and mentor junior staff. Requires Epic certification and clinical knowledge to align solutions with operational needs.

Maintain and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure across hospital and campus locations. Install and manage VOIP, switches, wireless APs, routers, firewalls, and NAC. Create and update firewall policies, coordinate upgrades, and communicate network issues. Perform duties as directed by IT Enterprise Network Manager.

Support hospital risk management and insurance administration by maintaining malpractice coverage, assisting renewals, liaising with brokers/carriers, reviewing contracts for insurance provisions, managing certificates of insurance, conducting risk assessments, preparing reports, training staff, and attending site inspections and meetings.

Provide safe, cost-effective medication therapy in a hospital setting: review orders, evaluate drug therapy, identify/manage adverse drug events, compound and label medications per USP and state rules, educate clinicians, and supervise pharmacy technicians.

Support, implement, optimize, and maintain Epic (Beacon) and third-party clinical applications for oncology pharmacy. Design and test workflows, perform comprehensive testing, document and resolve issues, coordinate changes, support end users, participate in on-call coverage, and ensure SLA compliance while collaborating with IT teams, vendors, and clinical staff.

Provide safe, cost-effective medication therapy in a hospital setting by reviewing orders, monitoring for interactions/allergies, performing interventions, compounding/dispensing per USP guidelines, educating providers, reporting medication errors, and supervising pharmacy technicians.

Implement, support, optimize, and test Epic Willow Ambulatory and related third-party clinical applications. Collaborate with end users and IT teams to design workflows, document and resolve issues, perform integration testing, and maintain application integrity. Provide coaching to junior staff, participate in change control and on-call coverage, and complete project tasks within scope, timelines, and budgets.

Provide comprehensive adult gastroenterology care across inpatient and outpatient settings, performing diagnostic and interventional endoscopy (EGD, colonoscopy, ERCP, EUS, liver biopsy, PEG, hemorrhoid banding), manage acute and chronic GI disorders, participate in call rotation, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, support screening and weight-loss programs, and engage in academic activities with Texas Tech affiliation.

Provide family-centered lactation care including assessment, education, and individualized care plans for breastfeeding and pumping patients. Offer in-person and telephone consultations, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, document in the EHR, promote evidence-based practices (Texas Ten Step), and support discharge education and community referrals.

Oversee and assure compliance with the Master Coordinating Agreement, validate and reconcile TTUHSC invoices, coordinate with Accounting and Legal, perform month-over-month and quarterly financial analyses, and maintain documentation to support audits and reporting.

Perform diagnostic sonography exams independently: review charts, interview patients, operate sonographic equipment, assist physicians with procedures, train students, schedule studies, and accurately charge CPT codes while following safety guidelines.

Provide pharmacy care to optimize patient outcomes by reviewing medication orders, monitoring therapy, identifying and managing adverse drug events, compounding per USP guidelines, educating clinicians, supervising technicians, and participating on patient care committees. Work schedule is 7 on/7 off, 10:00–21:00.
