Support, implement, optimize, and test Epic and third-party applications focused on case management workflows. Document and validate workflows, resolve incidents, participate in change control, maintain SLAs, and provide on-call and implementation support while collaborating with clinical users and IT teams.

Support, configure, test, implement, train, maintain and troubleshoot assigned clinical information systems (focus on case management workflows). Manage incident/service requests, assist workflow validation, staff downtimes/on-call coverage, evaluate business processes, and communicate project status to stakeholders.

Perform diagnostic sonography exams independently: review charts, interview patients, operate sonographic equipment, assist physicians with procedures, train students, schedule studies, and accurately charge CPT codes while following safety guidelines.
