Design user experiences across web and mobile projects by creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. Develop reusable accelerators and service offerings, monitor production performance, improve accuracy and cost, and identify new client opportunities. The role requires hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, agent frameworks, APIs, Python or TypeScript, business systems, AI security, and production deployment.

Coordinates customer technology projects, conducting site walks for physical security, network, and structured cabling installations. Documents site conditions, risks, quantities, pathways, power, access, and infrastructure to support estimates and scopes of work. Assists with installation planning, materials, scheduling, proposals, customer updates, issue resolution, and coordination among technical teams, installers, MSP specialists, and AI consultants. The role is primarily office-based in Richmond Hill with regular field visits across Ontario.

Design, build, and operate production AI and automation solutions for clients. Lead discovery, solution design, proofs of concept, integrations, document processing, knowledge assistants, security controls, and ongoing optimization. Productize successful client work into packaged services, reusable accelerators, reference architectures, and repeatable delivery methods. Advise technical and executive stakeholders while helping shape the company’s AI offerings.

Leads the finance function across financial operations, month-end and year-end close, reporting, controls, budgeting, forecasting, modeling, tax compliance, and cash management. Partners with the CFO and senior leaders to provide financial insights and support business decisions. Manages and develops a junior finance team member, oversees Sage Intacct, improves systems and processes, supports audits, and builds scalable finance procedures.

Design, develop, customize, and optimize Sage Intacct platform solutions and integrations. Implement automation (Sage Triggers, Smart Integration), build API/middleware integrations (including planned Salesforce integration), troubleshoot issues, advise on architecture and scalability, and maintain technical documentation to support finance processes.

Manage a portfolio of commercial and public sector accounts, drive renewals, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, prepare quotes/proposals, maintain pipeline in Salesforce/Jira, and meet sales targets while collaborating with internal teams and partners.
