Support sales operations by processing orders, quotes, and invoices; maintain customer records and CRM data; coordinate with finance and operations; prepare reports and dashboards; handle customer inquiries; schedule and assist sales team; track pipeline and identify process improvements.

Own month- and year-end close, maintain general ledger in Sage Intacct, prepare management reporting and analyses, manage AP/AR, payroll coordination and bank reconciliations, support the CFO with budgeting and insights, manage and mentor junior finance staff, and lead systems/process improvements and external audit liaison.

Lead design and delivery of scalable, secure enterprise e-commerce architectures. Own integrations (ERP, PIM, payment), guide cross-functional technical teams, produce architecture blueprints, conduct code and architecture reviews, and advise clients on platform strategy and emerging e-commerce technologies.
