Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, build talent pipelines and headhunt for niche positions, manage stakeholder communication and interview processes, coordinate onboarding/offboarding, track recruitment metrics using ATS and sourcing platforms, and support employer branding and HR operations. Role based in Pune with required overlap with Eastern Timezone.

Own month- and year-end close, maintain general ledger in Sage Intacct, prepare management reporting and analyses, manage AP/AR, payroll coordination and bank reconciliations, support the CFO with budgeting and insights, manage and mentor junior finance staff, and lead systems/process improvements and external audit liaison.

Client-facing pre-sales architect leading discovery, solution design, and pursuit activities for enterprise commerce. Designs high-level commerce and integration architectures, creates prototypes, guides proposals and pricing, manages stakeholder relationships, and ensures delivery alignment and commercial viability.
