Develop and execute strategies to grow and retain the bank’s deposit base, manage liability products, and support liquidity objectives. Build and negotiate corporate and institutional partnerships that generate deposit inflows. Ensure product and partnership compliance, provide market intelligence, and collaborate with Treasury, Marketing, Finance, IT, Risk, and Compliance. Lead, coach, and develop the deposit mobilization team, set performance targets, deliver training, and report results, risks, and opportunities to senior management.

As a Senior Backend Engineer, you'll design and scale core backend services using Python, contribute to front-end development, and leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and code quality in a digital banking context.
