Support customers through email, chat, and social media; provide product guidance, troubleshoot issues, resolve complaints, onboard users, gather feedback, and escalate complex cases. The role collaborates with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and support processes while maintaining current product and policy knowledge.

Supports the CEO by managing calendars, email, meetings, board and investor operations, expenses, invoices, renewals, research, briefing materials, and documentation. Coordinates across multiple time zones, protects executive focus time, tracks commitments, and handles confidential information. This is a part-time contract role requiring regular in-person availability in Brooklyn or Manhattan.

Own end-to-end product strategy and execution for fintech products across credit, savings, payments, foreign exchange, and new ventures. Lead discovery, roadmap prioritization, technical specifications, AI-assisted development, delivery, launches, stakeholder alignment, and post-launch metric ownership. Work directly with customers and production data, ship code when appropriate, coordinate engineering and business teams, and translate financial regulations into product requirements.

Design, build, and scale secure backend services and APIs for fintech products using Python, Flask, and FastAPI. Contribute to Next.js frontend development, distributed systems, integrations, testing, observability, and production troubleshooting. Use AI coding tools to accelerate development, define technical specifications, review generated code, and establish testing and validation guardrails. Collaborate with Data and Product teams to deliver reliable, scalable features in a remote, high-ownership environment.

Develop and execute strategies to grow and retain the bank’s deposit base, manage liability products, and support liquidity objectives. Build and negotiate corporate and institutional partnerships that generate deposit inflows. Ensure product and partnership compliance, provide market intelligence, and collaborate with Treasury, Marketing, Finance, IT, Risk, and Compliance. Lead, coach, and develop the deposit mobilization team, set performance targets, deliver training, and report results, risks, and opportunities to senior management.
