Support customers through email, chat, and social media; provide product guidance, troubleshoot issues, resolve complaints, onboard users, gather feedback, and escalate complex cases. The role collaborates with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and support processes while maintaining current product and policy knowledge.

Supports the CEO by managing calendars, email, meetings, board and investor operations, expenses, invoices, renewals, research, briefing materials, and documentation. Coordinates across multiple time zones, protects executive focus time, tracks commitments, and handles confidential information. This is a part-time contract role requiring regular in-person availability in Brooklyn or Manhattan.

Own end-to-end product strategy and execution for fintech products across credit, savings, payments, foreign exchange, and new ventures. Lead discovery, roadmap prioritization, technical specifications, AI-assisted development, delivery, launches, stakeholder alignment, and post-launch metric ownership. Work directly with customers and production data, ship code when appropriate, coordinate engineering and business teams, and translate financial regulations into product requirements.
