Lead product strategy, roadmap, pricing, and execution for Ultralytics Platform (annotation, training, deployment). Partner with engineering to ship developer-focused ML SaaS, improve activation/retention, scale a global product team, and engage the open-source community to drive growth and enterprise adoption.

Own Ultralytics' social media presence: develop and execute strategy, create and publish multimedia content, engage community, analyze performance using analytics tools, and collaborate with engineering and marketing on product launches and announcements to grow audience and engagement for vision AI products.

Lead end-to-end global employee lifecycle and People Ops systems for a scaling AI startup. Build onboarding/offboarding, HRIS workflows, compliance coordination, talent development, performance frameworks, and documentation while partnering with leadership and regional leads to support a multi-location team.

Ensure quality, reliability, and performance of Ultralytics platform by designing and maintaining automated test suites (frontend, backend, APIs), leading Playwright-based testing, writing Next.js API and integration tests, validating data and workflows with MongoDB and ML pipelines, owning CI/CD test infrastructure (GitHub Actions), establishing monorepo testing patterns, mentoring junior engineers, and collaborating with Product and Engineering on acceptance criteria and release readiness.

Manage 30–40 enterprise and high-value mid-market accounts through onboarding, deployment, adoption, expansion, and renewal. Drive net dollar retention, run QBRs and technical reviews, build account and success plans, coordinate with AEs, SEs, Product and Engineering, and act as the technical customer advocate for computer vision/YOLO deployments.

Lead technical discovery and design of computer vision solutions using YOLO. Build Python prototypes, benchmarks, and production deployment workflows across cloud and edge. Deliver demos, workshops, and POCs; translate customer needs into architectures; collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to drive deployments and reusable ecosystem contributions.

Manage 30–40 enterprise and high-value mid-market accounts across onboarding, deployment, adoption, expansion, and renewal. Lead technical onboarding, run QBRs and executive reviews, build account and success plans, drive net dollar retention and expansion, collaborate with AEs, SEs, Product and Engineering, and track account health and renewal forecasts in the CRM.

Own and grow a named North American enterprise account book: qualify opportunities, run full sales cycles, negotiate contracts, navigate security and procurement, and expand ACV through land-and-expand motions. Partner with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Legal, and Product to prove value, drive adoption, and build repeatable enterprise playbooks.

Lead technical discovery and design for computer vision solutions using YOLO. Build Python prototypes, train and optimize models, deploy across cloud and edge, run POCs, deliver demos/workshops, and drive customer outcomes while collaborating with Sales, Product, and Engineering.

Design and implement novel neural network architectures for YOLO, run large-scale experiments and ablation studies, optimize models for accuracy and efficiency (quantization/pruning/distillation), build training and evaluation pipelines, and collaborate with R&D and engineering to productionize open-source models.

Lead end-to-end creative production for marketing, web, social, events, motion, and print. Implement brand uplift with an agency, lead design QA and research, and collaborate with Growth, Product, and Creative to translate complex vision-AI concepts into clear, on-brand visuals under a fast startup pace.

Act as the technical face for Ultralytics, designing and deploying end-to-end computer vision solutions with YOLO. Lead demos, POCs, annotation and training pipelines, debug models, support pre-sales, run workshops, and liaise with Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure successful customer integrations and adoption.

Lead product marketing for Ultralytics' AI/computer vision products: own positioning, messaging, and GTM launches; create developer-facing content and sales enablement; partner with engineering, product, growth, and community to drive adoption and measurable outcomes.

Develop and scale LLM-powered applications and RAG systems, integrate multi-API workflows, design vector storage and data pipelines, fine-tune LLMs, collaborate on multi-modal computer vision projects, and automate CI/CD for deployment and testing.
