Build and lead Ultralytics' legal function: enforce and negotiate AGPL/Enterprise licensing, draft and negotiate commercial SaaS and vendor contracts, manage IP portfolio, advise on GDPR and international data transfers, establish AI governance and legal operations, and manage outside counsel across jurisdictions.

Entry-level commercial apprenticeship owning two vertical markets end-to-end: research accounts, generate pipeline via outbound and events, develop messaging, work alongside an Enterprise AE on complex deals, document playbooks, and progress to close smaller deals and advance to AE within 12 months.

Develop, train, and validate state-of-the-art computer vision models (detection, segmentation, classification). Write production-ready Python/PyTorch code, optimize models (quantization, pruning) for inference with TensorRT/OpenVINO/ONNX, manage large datasets and augmentations, build CI/CD (GitHub Actions), containerize with Docker, collaborate on research and open-source, and produce documentation and community support.
