Conduct research and engineering to improve robot foundation models' speed, robustness, and real-world task performance. Own forecasting, budgeting, unit economics, cash runway, monthly close, board/investor materials, vendor/capex planning, and hire/manage the finance team. Partner with hardware, supply chain, and outside accountants while standing up reporting, treasury, tax, AP/AR, payroll, and spend controls.

As a Senior Mechatronics Engineer, you'll design and deploy tooling and components for robots, optimizing performance and ensuring quality while collaborating closely with the engineering team.

As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will own ML infrastructure and data systems, scaling them for large volumes of video data and supporting deep learning training and experimentation.

Own firmware where software meets hardware for warehouse robots: debug and fix HW/SW interface failures, tune Linux/kernel for predictable performance, implement safety systems, write device control interfaces, and define metrics for predictive hardware health.

Lead sourcing, supplier relationships, purchasing, inventory planning, inbound logistics, and supplier quality for scaling robot production. Build tooling and automation, manage POs and RFQs, negotiate terms, and travel internationally to qualify and audit suppliers.
