Support production builds on the manufacturing floor by creating manufacturing-ready documentation, establishing processes and work instructions in MES/ERP, performing PFMEA and risk assessments, driving continuous improvement and DfX initiatives, troubleshooting yield/quality issues, coordinating transfers/training, liaising with Engineering/Quality/Test/Materials, and supporting MRB and engineering change processes.

Leads supplier development, qualification, auditing, performance management, and continuous improvement initiatives. Builds supplier capabilities across quality, delivery, cost, technology, and sustainability while partnering with Procurement, Engineering, Manufacturing, and suppliers. Oversees strategic improvement plans, capability assessments, ISO and process audits, corrective actions, Lean and Six Sigma programs, risk management, and executive reporting. Requires an engineering degree and more than 10 years of experience, preferably in semiconductor capital equipment or Gas Panel/WFE equipment.

Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including government reporting, payments, employee forms, insurance coordination, onboarding, terminations, compensation, and payroll reporting. Serve as the primary contact for employee payroll inquiries while maintaining accurate records, regulatory compliance, confidentiality, and high service standards.
