Interface with customers, sales, customer service, and engineering to gather requirements, analyze technical documents and drawings, designate optimal cleaning sites, and recommend process improvements to ensure profitable quotations.

Prepare and deliver quotes for part cleaning and chemical analysis by gathering requirements from customers, suppliers, engineering and sales; read blueprints and CAD files; use ERP estimating tools and CAD viewers to calculate labor, materials, and COGs; maintain supplier relationships and pursue cost-reduction opportunities; report estimating data to management.

Develop and execute production plans to meet customer demand, monitor build progress and WIP, mitigate material and scheduling risks, coordinate ECO/CCB and materials expediting, update OPS KPIs and support production analysis reporting.
