The Engineer II supports production builds, creates assembly documentation, trains staff, coordinates engineering tasks, and ensures compliance with standards in semiconductor manufacturing.

Prepare accurate cost estimates by reviewing drawings, specs and BOMs; calculate material, labor and indirect costs; maintain cost models and ERP data; collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain and Purchasing; support NPI, SOW creation, customer interactions and intermittent project management focused on cost control.

Lead and supervise frontline production staff to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets. Plan daily workforce activities, monitor production progress, resolve operational issues, promote 5S/EHS and continuous improvement, ensure equipment/material readiness, collect and report operational data, and coach employees to drive operational excellence.
