Owns global workforce dashboards, reporting products, analytical data models, and executive-ready insights. Integrates HR, finance, IT, recruiting, payroll, and engagement data to analyze workforce trends, retention, costs, performance, and organizational health. Partners with cross-functional stakeholders to define metrics, improve data quality and governance, automate reporting, and translate complex findings into actionable business recommendations while protecting confidential employee information.

Drafts, reviews, and negotiates commercial agreements while advising business leaders on transactions, risk, regulatory matters, and global operations. Partners with Sales, Procurement, Finance, HR, Product, and Operations; develops legal templates and playbooks; coordinates outside counsel; and monitors relevant legal and industry developments.

Supports engineering and manufacturing operations by assembling, diagnosing, testing, and improving complex electro-mechanical systems. Performs failure and root-cause analysis, process control, equipment and tooling evaluation, documentation updates, audits, CAPA activities, and process transfers. Develops procedures and training materials, monitors chemical and equipment parameters, analyzes process data, supports prototype and product qualification activities, and leads process improvement and management-of-change initiatives. Trains junior technicians and contributes to cross-functional projects.
