Teams at Ultra Clean Technology

Leads semiconductor manufacturing process development, equipment design, new product introductions, equipment installations, yield optimization, and continuous improvement. Applies mass, momentum, and heat transfer principles to scale processes and design production systems. Provides technical leadership, troubleshoots operations, collaborates with customers and cross-functional teams, and ensures quality, safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance. Requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or science field and at least four years of high-technology manufacturing experience.

Leads new product introduction and process engineering activities from prototype through production ramp-up. Develops and validates manufacturing processes, tooling, fixtures, equipment, work instructions, and inspection requirements. Troubleshoots defects, performs root-cause analysis, supports qualifications and capability studies, and drives quality, productivity, yield, and cost improvements. Coordinates with suppliers and cross-functional teams, supports equipment commissioning and manufacturing readiness, maintains technical documentation, and mentors junior engineering and manufacturing personnel.

Plans and monitors production build schedules based on customer demand, ensuring material and resource readiness, work-order completion, on-time delivery, and continuous production. Reviews risks, prioritizes schedules, coordinates with managers, vendors, customers, and cross-functional teams, and communicates production updates. Requires technical print-reading ability, manufacturing or production-planning experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and familiarity with ERP systems.
