Build and grow UJV’s B2B Groups division by creating sales processes, managing group travel inquiries and bookings, negotiating supplier contracts and rates, coordinating group travel execution, improving booking systems with the technology team, and developing relationships with travel advisors and industry partners. The role requires luxury travel expertise, strong sales performance, operational problem-solving, self-direction, and excellent communication.

Coordinate industry events, trade shows, webinars, and familiarization trips for advisor partnerships. Manage itineraries, registrations, invitations, transportation, accommodations, records, invoices, agreements, client gifting, and financial tracking. Use FamGuru, Zoom, CRM systems, Tableau, and reporting platforms to support partner communications, account reviews, and client meetings. Gather post-trip feedback, prepare reports, and assist business development leadership with special projects while maintaining accurate documentation and meeting multiple deadlines.

Supports advisor partnerships by qualifying and onboarding new advisors, managing a portfolio of micro-accounts, maintaining CRM records, and producing accurate sales and conversion reports. The role also hosts prospective-client forums, manages shared inquiries, supports webinars and outreach campaigns, identifies account growth opportunities, and collaborates with business development, marketing, logistics, and BI teams.

The Destination Specialist drives sales growth for Africa trips, managing relationships and crafting bespoke itineraries while ensuring a 5-star client experience.

Serve as operational and analytical partner to Head of Marketing: translate strategy into execution, manage campaign planning and co-op programs, maintain HubSpot and Tableau reporting, ensure UTM governance and attribution, perform QA on campaign setups, build SOPs, and recommend process and AI-driven improvements.

Own day-to-day marketing project coordination: maintain Asana/Notion systems, manage timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across Content, Social, Design, Email, and Paid Media; monitor project health, remove bottlenecks, document workflows, run kickoffs and status meetings, recommend process improvements, and support cross-functional, global teams to ensure timely campaign delivery.

Claim and manage luxury travel inquiries across the Caribbean and Mexico through the UJV platform. Provide pre-sale guidance, coordinate concierge services and post-booking changes, perform quality checks, maintain CRM records, and build advisor relationships by delivering accurate, responsive, and personalized service.

Partner with commercial leaders to turn data into strategic insights. Own and improve Tableau dashboards, maintain data model integrity, produce weekly commercial reporting, perform ad hoc analyses, identify margin leakage and performance issues, and research/implement LLM-powered automation to accelerate reporting and decision-making.

Execute functional and exploratory tests to validate releases, document defects in Jira, configure and maintain test environments and data, run daily system health checks, and provide fast feedback to TPMs while identifying scenarios for automation.

Lead accounting operations, strengthen financial controls, manage month/quarter/year-end close, prepare GAAP financial statements, oversee audits, optimize cash flow and processes, mentor the accounting team, and implement automation/technology improvements to support multi-entity growth.

Manage supplier onboarding and product data for UJVs booking systems: enter and verify hotel and service details, troubleshoot XML/API and booking issues, perform QA checks, collaborate with sales and suppliers, and run projects to improve operational efficiency.
