Manage luxury European travel bookings for partner agencies and their clients. Build relationships, create bespoke itineraries, convert leads, exceed sales targets, resolve travel issues, maintain CRM records, and provide highly personalized service throughout the booking process.

Build and grow UJV’s new Groups division by developing sales processes, managing B2B group travel inquiries and bookings, negotiating supplier contracts and rates, coordinating group execution, improving booking systems with the tech team, and cultivating relationships with travel advisors and industry partners. The role requires luxury travel expertise, strong sales performance, operational problem-solving, and the ability to establish a scalable business function independently.

Manage luxury travel inquiries and bookings for Fora advisors across the Caribbean, Mexico, and select destinations. Responsibilities include destination and resort recommendations, booking modifications, itinerary enhancements, quality checks, CRM updates, and proactive advisor communication. The role is queue-based and emphasizes responsiveness, accuracy, relationship building, and exceptional service while providing training for a long-term career in luxury travel sales.

Lead quality engineering across the product suite by defining test strategies, building and maintaining automated UI, API, integration, and regression tests, integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines, managing defects, tracking quality metrics, and conducting exploratory testing. Mentor QA engineers, collaborate with Engineering and Product, improve testing processes, and contribute to performance, security, and accessibility testing.
